These Terms govern access to and use of the website KiLawyers.com owned by TA Partners, including all sub-domains and services and content accessible through the website (hereinafter "the Site"). Anyone accessing and Browse the Site automatically declares acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. Browse the Site automatically constitutes acceptance of the Terms. The Site does not provide access or login via identification codes and passwords.

TA Partners reserves the right, for any reason including technical reasons, to modify or deactivate services accessible through the Site and/or limit the possibility of accessing parts of the site without notice, and disclaims any responsibility if the Site is partially or entirely inaccessible at a given time for technical or other reasons.

TA Partners provides access to the site to offer information about its method of operation in recruitment, selection, and coaching processes. It also offers Clients and Candidates the opportunity to contact an operator via message and by sending attachments. Anyone using the site to transmit information to TA Partners agrees:

• not to transmit or use viruses or other materials, programs, scripts, or means that may interfere with the proper administration of the Site; overload it with excessive data or Spam, delete any information on the Site, modify or slow down its proper administration and operational management;
• not to act directly or indirectly for any unlawful purpose or to defame third parties or TA Partners;
• not to send messages or attachments containing unlawful, defamatory information or materials inappropriate for a professional context;
• not to send messages or attachments containing false, incomplete, or inaccurate information (including, in the case of Candidates, any information relating to their professional background, personal or biographical aspects, and their potential availability for a job change).

TA Partners reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion any breaches of the provisions in points 4.(a), 4.(b), 4.(c), and 4.(d) and to implement without notice appropriate measures to prevent access to the Site or to delete content from the Site that does not comply with the aforementioned points.

Any changes made to the Terms will be reported exclusively on this page of the Site.

Any provision contained in these Terms (identifiable using the separations suggested by punctuation) is to be considered separate, distinct, and severable. If any provision contained in these Terms is considered by an Italian Court to be unenforceable to some extent, such extent may be modified or deleted from the remaining Terms, and the remaining provisions, including the modified one, shall continue to be valid.

These Commercial Terms are subject to Italian law, must be interpreted in all respects in accordance with Italian law, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Turin.

TA Partners disclaims any responsibility regarding the completeness, accuracy, precision, and absence of errors of the Site and the information, content, and services present in it or accessible through it. TA Partners does not guarantee in any way that the servers hosting the Site are free from viruses or programs that can harm visitors, nor that the use of the Site by visitors may not violate the rights of third parties.
